A 48-hour notice is required if you must reschedule a reading. One reschedule is available before the appointment is cancelled.

 

There are no refunds for no show appointments. 

 

All appointments are prepaid and non-refundable.

 

All sessions are for adults eighteen years of age and older.  Liliana Biesterveld, as a Medium, provides services for guidance only.

 

What each client decides to do with the information given during a reading, including any actions its solely that person’s responsibility and choice.

 

Liliana Biesterveld shall not be held responsible for the actions clients may or may not take because of their session.
