Cancellation Policy

A 48-hour notice is required if you must reschedule a reading. One reschedule is available before the appointment is cancelled. There are no refunds for no show appointments. All appointments are prepaid and non-refundable. All sessions are for adults eighteen years of age and older. Liliana Biesterveld, as a Medium, provides services for guidance only. What each client decides to do with the information given during a reading, including any actions its solely that person’s responsibility and choice. Liliana Biesterveld shall not be held responsible for the actions clients may or may not take because of their session. The services provided by Liliana Biesterveld are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For diagnosis, treatment, counsel, or any other professional service always seek professional medical or legal advice.
